By accessing or using RipplPost ("the Service"), operated by SaaS Logic Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RipplPost is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms YouTube video transcripts into social media posts, blog drafts, newsletters, and other content formats. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of content you input into the Service and content generated by the Service on your behalf. RipplPost does not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to repurpose any content you submit.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or violates the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by RipplPost is created using artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing. RipplPost is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RipplPost and SaaS Logic Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
